  • Co-created and directed two different TAVR programs as Surgical Director of Structural Heart Procedures
  • Minimally invasive valve experience, including aortic valve replacement using right anterior thoracotomy, mitral valve replacement and repair, tricuspid valve repair, and maze.
  • Complex aortic surgery experience, including aortic root replacements, hypothermic circulatory arrest, hybrid arch replacement procedures and TEVAR
  • Experienced general thoracic surgeon
  • Experienced pectus excavatum repair surgeon
  • Experience with ECMO initiation
  • Experience with minimally invasive hybrid ablation for atrial fibrillation (Convergent)
  • From 2008 through 2011 practiced a full range of peripheral vascular surgery, including carotid endarterectomy, EVAAR, TEVAR, open aortic reconstruction, and lower extremity arterial reconstruction
